Rafael Zahralddin Addresses Legal Issues facing Diversity Officers of Multi-National Firms

July 2008 - Elliott Greenleaf Shareholder Rafael Zahralddin recently spoke at the 10th Anniversary of the DuPont Minority Counsel Conference during a Panel Discussion entitled “Inside the Minds of MCN Alumni and Chief Legal Diversity Officers.” Mr. Zahralddin was one of three alumni of the DuPont Preferred Law Firms and Minority Counsel Network which concentrated on law firm Chief Legal Diversity Officer’s perspectives on/around the issues of mentoring and retention. He joined partners and Chief Legal Diversity Officers at multi-national firms, the Secretary of Justice and Public Safety of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Manager of Claims of the Bechtel Corporation in the panel discussion.
