Stewart J. Greenleaf, Jr. Presents Continuing Legal Education and is Named as a Delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyers Division

July 2008 - Stewart J. Greenleaf, Jr. was recently named as the Delegate from Montgomery, Bucks, Chester and Delaware Counties to the governing body of the Young Lawyers Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He was also recently appointed as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and will serve as a fact finder and judge concerning allegations of attorney ethical violations. The Firm’s Chairman, John M. Elliott, is a past Chairman of the Disciplinary Board, Senior Shareholder Thomas J. Elliott is a former member of the Disciplinary Board, and Senior Shareholder Henry F. Siedzikowski and Shareholder Mark A. Kearney have served as Hearing Committee Members.

Mr. Greenleaf also recently presented Continuing Legal Education to lawyers on "Arguing and Writing to Win in the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts" as part of The Dispute Resolution Institute's June 24, 2008 "Personal Injury Potpourri."
