THE HONORABLE BERNARD J. GOODHEART JOINS Elliott Greenleaf

Elliott Greenleaf is honored to announce that the Honorable Bernard J. Goodheart, following over 31 years of distinguished service as a member of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, has decided to join the firm. Judge Goodheart, a renowned expert in commercial and tort litigation and dispute resolution in a wide variety of sophisticated litigations, will focus his attention on the Firm's litigation matters. Judge Goodheart, a native Philadelphian, is a graduate of Central High School, The Wharton School and The Law School of the University of Pennsylvania and has completed courses at the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada. He has been a frequent lecturer on mediation at The Law School of the University of Pennsylvania and has served as faculty in continuing legal education seminars for lawyers and judges.

Judge Goodheart became a member of the Court of Common Pleas of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania on January 2, 1976 and remained with the Court until joining the Firm on July 2, 2007.
