ELLIOTT GREENLEAF COMPLETES MULTI-STATE CABLE INDUSTRY ACQUISITION

Elliott Greenleaf successfully closed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of a cable industry construction management and installation company with operations in Florida, California, Arizona and Georgia in late December 2008. The transaction was the second acquisition during 2008 and the fourth in the last two years handled by the Firm’s business department for a leading provider of engineering, construction management and installation fulfillment services to companies specializing in the telecommunications, broadband cable, and satellite industries.
