ELLIOTT GREENLEAF IS SELECTED CREDITORS COMMITTEE DELAWARE COUNSEL IN eTOYS BANKRUPTCY
Elliott Greenleaf was selected as Delaware and Conflicts counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the In re eToys, et al. corporate bankruptcy cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware.
eToys, along with affiliates The Parent Company, BabyUniverse, Inc., Dreamtime Baby, Inc., PoshTots, Inc., and My Twinn, Inc., are a leading commerce, content, and new media companies for growing families. The Debtors estimate the book value of their consolidated assets to be approximately $20,633,447, and the book value of their consolidated liabilities to be approximately $35,722,280 and seek to sell substantially all of their assets as a whole or under individual sales of each affiliate in the Bankruptcy Court.
Elliott Greenleaf was selected following an interview and selection process among several competing law firms, based principally on the Firm's expertise as experienced corporate bankruptcy counsel.
