FIRM SHAREHOLDERS ELECTED TO LEADERSHIP IN MONTGOMERY BAR ASSOCIATION

Elliott Greenleaf shareholders Mark A. Kearney and Roger J. Harrington, Jr. have been elected to senior leadership positions in the Montgomery Bar Association for 2008.

Mr. Kearney, a hiring shareholder of the firm, has been elected the 2008 President-Elect of the Montgomery Bar Association, the third largest Bar Association in Pennsylvania, with over 2300 members. He was elected the President-Elect after having served as the Association's Treasurer, Secretary and Vice President, and serving as a member of its Executive Committee and Chair of its Federal Courts Committee for the past seven years.

Mr. Harrington, a shareholder of the firm, has been elected as a director of the Montgomery Bar Association for a three year term beginning in January 2008. He has been elected a director after having completed a very successful term as 2007 President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Montgomery Bar Association.
