RAYMOND J. SANTARELLI APPOINTED TO LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE ON ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Elliott Greenleaf shareholder Raymond J. Santarelli has been appointed to serve as a member of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Joint State Government Commission's Advisory Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR"), which includes government officials, judges, lawyers, businesspeople, academics, health and human services professionals. The Pennsylvania Senate authorized the task force and the advisory committee, and directed a comprehensive review of the current status of ADR services; identification of best practices in the delivery of ADR services locally and nationally and how to improve conflict resolution; development of a plan to educate the Commonwealth's citizens concerning conflict resolution in general and ADR services in particular and to ensure public access to ADR services utilizing best practices; and, possibly proposing legislation to implement the proposed plan and to advance the use of innovative conflict resolution methods statewide. Mr. Santarelli and his wife Loretta reside in Delaware County with their three sons.
