ELLIOTT GREENLEAF IS SELECTED CREDITORS COMMITTEE DELAWARE COUNSEL IN HPG INTERNATIONAL INC. BANKRUPTCY

Elliott Greenleaf was selected as Delaware and Conflicts counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the HPG International, Inc. ("HPG") corporate bankruptcy cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware. HPG is a leading designer and manufacturer of plastic PV sold primarily to fabricators throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico for commercial use in roofs, pool liners, wall coverings, label applications and shower panels. The Debtors commenced their Chapter 11 cases to implement a competitive sales process and effectuate a sale of the Debtors' assets through a Chapter 11 sale process.

Elliott Greenleaf was selected following an interview and selection process among several competing law firms, based principally on the Firm's expertise as experienced corporate bankruptcy counsel. Managing Shareholder of the Firm's Delaware office, Rafael Zahralddin and John "Jack" G.
