ELLIOTT GREENLEAF IS SELECTED CREDITORS COMMITTEE CO-COUNSEL IN NATIONAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BANKRUPTCY
Elliott Greenleaf was selected as Delaware and Conflicts counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Incentra Solutions, Inc. ("Incentra") corporate bankruptcy cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware.
Incentra, an IT outsourcing and datacenter firm headquartered in Boulder Colorado is a publicly-traded company on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "ICNS". Incentra, along with its seven (7) subsidiaries, operates under the trade name "Incentra Solutions." The Debtors have offices in Illinois, Washington, California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Oregon, Texas, Colorado, and the United Kingdom. The Debtors commenced their Chapter 11 cases to implement a competitive sales process and effectuate a sale of the Debtors' assets through a chapter 11 sale process. The cases are being jointly administered under the name Managed Storage International, Inc. and the Debtors' business includes the resale of hardware and software products, and third party maintenance contracts procured from various manufacturers and distributors such as Arrow Electronics, Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard, and Cisco.
Elliott Greenleaf was selected following an interview and selection process among several competing law firms, based principally on the Firm's expertise as experienced corporate bankruptcy counsel. Managing Shareholder of the Firm's Delaware office, and ABI International Law Section Special Projects and Task Force Leader Rafael Zahralddin is leading the Firm's efforts in this important retention.
