CASTOR JOINS ELLIOTT GREENLEAF LAW FIRM

Prosecutor Now Turns His Attention to Private Sector

Blue Bell, Pa., December 6, 2007 John M. Elliott, Chairman & CEO of Elliott Greenleaf announced today that Montgomery County District Attorney and Montgomery County Commissioner-Elect Bruce L. Castor, Jr., widely recognized as one of Pennsylvania's top trial lawyers, will join the Blue Bell-based law firm as a shareholder and director, starting in January 2008.

Mr. Castor is the current President of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association. In November 2007, he was elected Commissioner of Montgomery County, receiving the most votes among all of the candidates. He has been a prosecutor in Montgomery County since 1986 and was elected District Attorney of Montgomery County in 1999 and re-elected in 2003. He frequently lectures on topics related to criminal investigation and prosecution. He graduated from Lafayette College and earned his law degree from Washington & Lee University.
