ELLIOTT GREENLEAF SELECTED AS DELAWARE SPECIAL LITIGATION CO-COUNSEL FOR QIMONDA RICHMOND LLC

Elliott Greenleaf has been selected as Delaware Special Litigation Co-Counsel for the Debtors in the Qimonda Richmond LLC corporate bankruptcy cases pending in the United State Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware in an action against ABN Amro Bank N.V, the prepetition lender. The Debtors are part of an international memory chip company that designs, develops, manufactures, markets and sells memory products.

Elliott Greenleaf was selected based on the Firm's experience as bankruptcy litigation and Delaware counsel. Managing Shareholder of the Firm's Delaware office, Rafael Zahralddin, and Counsel Theodore A. Kittila and Shelley Kinsella are leading the Firm's efforts in this important matter.
