Elliott Greenleaf Wins Summary Judgment for Contractors in Alleged Construction Defect Matter Based on Economic Loss Doctrine

Elliott Greenleaf recently won summary judgment for two Bradford County contractors, defeating plaintiff’s alleged construction defect claim based upon a theory of strict products liability. The trial court agreed with the Firm’s argument that the economic loss doctrine barred any claims against the contractors.
