Stewart J. Greenleaf, a former prosecutor with thirty-seven (37) years of diverse trial and appellate experience, has been unanimously elected as a senior shareholder and name partner in Elliott Greenleaf with offices in Blue Bell, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Harrisburg and Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Greenleaf, who is also Chairman of the Pennsylvania State Senate Judiciary Committee, has served Montgomery County for twenty-six (26) years in the Pennsylvania State Senate.
