Thomas J. Elliott Presents Seminar on Important Updates in Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility

April 2008 - Senior shareholder Thomas J. Elliott was a featured lecturer in a recent continuing legal education seminar on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility in Pennsylvania. This seminar, sponsored by the prestigious Pennsylvania Bar Institute, provided attorneys with the updates on lawyer’s obligations to the court, clients and the public.

A former two term member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Mr. Elliott frequently addresses lawyers and the public on ethical and professional issues throughout Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
